JOB DESCRIPTION Golden 1 offers a personalized and enriching internship experience. Our goal is to provide interns with exposure to a dynamic, mission-driven organization while developing their professional skills and expanding their understanding of the financial services industry. Throughout the 8-week program, interns will participate in: <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Department-specific assignments and projects aligned with business needs</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Professional development workshops</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Networking opportunities with Golden 1 leaders and teams</li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">A capstone group project, presented to senior leadership at the end of the program</li> </ul> Interns may be placed in a variety of departments across the organization based on business priorities and intern interests. Possible placements include, but are not limited to: Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Member Experience, Community Relations, Technology, and other business units. Interns will receive support, guidance, and real-world experience to help them grow personally and professionally while gaining a deeper understanding of credit union operations.
