Graphic Designer + Front of House Associate (Part-Time)

Our premier custom cake studio is growing, and we’re looking for a flexible, upbeat, and creative team member to join us in a unique hybrid role combining graphic design and front-of-house customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to be involved in both the creative process behind our custom designs and the client experience in the studio. Our clients range from everyday celebrations to A-list celebrities and major brands, and no two days are the same.

Full-time and part-time positions available. Hourly pay is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create custom artwork for cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and toppers
• Design personalized digital files for edible prints and decor
• Maintain an organized content library of digital assets
• Assist with studio collateral and branding materials as needed

Front of House

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-studio experience
• Assist with pickups and customer questions
• Support communication and order details with the team
• Maintain a clean and professional front-of-house area

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Portfolio required
• 1+ years of graphic design experience
