About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Print Production Operator to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both designing high-quality graphics and working hands-on with printing and production equipment to bring designs to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit designs for print and digital materials (stickers, labels, banners, signage, etc.)
- Prepare files for printing (layout, formatting, color correction, bleed, trim marks)
- Operate and maintain print production equipment (wide-format printers, high speed label printers, cutters, laminators, etc.)
- Ensure print quality and accuracy before final production
- Communicate with customers/clients to understand design needs and make revisions
- Manage production timelines and meet deadlines
- Assist with finishing tasks such as cutting, mounting, binding, and packaging
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
- Knowledge of print production processes and file setup (required)
- Familiarity with large-format printers, high-speed label printers, vinyl cutters, and laminators (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in a print shop or signage business is a plus
