Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, grocery store management, and excellent administrative skills.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales management with a focus on grocery stores
- Excellent administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to manage a diverse team of employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
