Hotel Front Desk Agent
Hotel front desk agents are the first line of customer service for the hotel industry. Personnel in this role speak to guests by phone, email, and in person to ensure they have a positive experience from booking to checking out. Our team is looking for someone with top notch customer service skills. You must be friendly, approachable, and also detail oriented and comfortable and competent on the computer. A positive and can-do attitude is a must.
Some of the key responsibilities of a Front Desk Agent include:
- Answering phones
- Responding to email
- Processing payments
- Navigating computer systems
- Responding to inquiries in person
- Checking guests in and out
- Communicating with other hotel staff
- Maintaining an orderly desk and office
