Human Resources HR Manager

Role: Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, HR Manager for a 6 Month Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties: Standalone HR Manager role within a pure people function Join a small HR team (currently an HR Advisor and HR Coordinator) Highly hands-on position with a real mix of BAU and project work Day-to-day HR delivery: managing issues as they arise, prioritising and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Support and lead key HR projects including handbook roll out, appraisals, L&D initiatives, and TUPE activity All-hands-on-deck culture - practical, delivery-focused, and action-oriented Own and deliver day-to-day HR operations (BAU) Lead and support TUPE projects (essential experience) Roll out updated HR handbooks and performance/appraisal frameworks Balance multiple priorities with strong time and workload management Support upcoming growth projects (additional resourcing planned, but approval currently for one hire) Contribute to a Workday transition (nice to have, not essential) Profile: The successful temporary, HR Manager will have at least 3 years experience working within HR and will ideally have had hands on exposure to TUPE and working in a creative industry. You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role. Client: Our client is a Media firm based in London. You will work 3 days from their office and 2 days from home.
