Hybrid - Remote Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Hybrid - Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers by handling verbal and written service requests, providing appointment-related support, and transcribing technician reports into customer-friendly work orders/invoices.
Key Responsibilities:

Accept and Respond to Customer Service Requests
Manage customer inquiries and service requests via phone and email, providing information and assistance with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments as needed. -
Transcribe Technician Work Orders
Review and refine written work orders from technicians, translating technical details into clear, easily understood work order invoices for customers. -
Manage Email Communications
Facilitate extensive email correspondence with both employees and customers, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all communications. -
Update and Maintain Customer Records
Document and update customer profiles in the system, ensuring all interactions and service details are accurately recorded. -
Utilize Work Order System
Gain proficiency in our work order management system to efficiently process and track service requests, locate and track allocated parts, view and report on the tech's service calendar.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a strong, broadband Internet connection
