JetBlue supports new hires with an intensive six-week paid training program held at JetBlue University in Orlando, Florida, where they learn everything from emergency procedures to the nuances of delivering the JetBlue customer experience. Trainees receive lodging, training materials, and a per diem allowance during this period. Post-training, new Crewmembers can expect a competitive salary ranging from approximately $45,000 to $70,000 annually, based on flight hours, along with profit sharing and a 401(k) plan featuring company matching.
