Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future* In this role, you will: We are seeking an experienced Specialist with 8 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Oracle Autonomous DB Cloud Linux Exadata DMA Oracle Golden Gate and Oracle. This role requires domain experience in Membership (HC-Payer) and proficiency in English. The position offers a hybrid work model with no travel requirements. Responsibilities<ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Oversee the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Provide expertise in Oracle Autonomous DB Cloud to enhance database efficiency and security.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Manage Linux environments to support seamless integration with Oracle technologies.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Utilize Exadata DMA skills to optimize data management and storage solutions.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Implement Oracle Golden Gate for real-time data integration and replication.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Membership (HC-Payer) domain.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning to support business growth.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Participate in the design and execution of disaster recovery plans.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in;">Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle technologies to drive innovation . Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until February 18, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $49,001 to $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
