Lead Video Editor for YouTube and Shorts (Premium Storytelling) Paid Trial First
I am hiring one lead video editor to own the editing style across my YouTube channel and short form content.
This is professional, story led content. I want a clean, premium edit style with strong pacing and storytelling.
Not gimmicky, but still modern and cool. Any effects, cutaways, stock footage, AI visuals, or animations must be justified and support the message.
Top priority is video and audio quality. Clean visuals, clean sound, consistent levels.
I will manage all posting myself. This role is editing only.
My channel is here for context:
⸻
What you will edit
My content includes a mix of:
• Long form podcast episodes (about 60 minutes per episode, starting April)
• Short form clips pulled from podcast episodes and existing long form content
• Standalone short form (talking head, YouTube Shorts, Reels style)
• Diary style videos (5 to 10 minutes, reflective, story led)
• Trailers and teasers (Season 2 trailer and promotional cuts)
⸻
