Legal & Administrative Assistant (Part Time)
<p>Our client, a global airline network, is looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented Legal & Administrative Assistant to support our legal and contracting operations. This part‑time role is ideal for someone who is efficient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple administrative and light legal tasks.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Commitment:</strong> 20 hours/week (50% FTE)</p><p><strong>Working Hours:</strong> 9am – 1pm (Mon–Fri)</p><p><strong>Work Arrangement:</strong> Hybrid (approx. 2–3 days in office, TBC)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Create and maintain Oracle system entries for contracts and related documentation.</li><li>Issue DocuSign envelopes, track signature progress, and follow up with signatories where required.</li><li>Upload fully executed agreements into Oracle and SharePoint, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.</li><li>Conduct basic contract reviews for selected IT and marketing work orders.</li><li>Provide general legal and administrative support, including proofreading, formatting, research, preparing documents, coordinating deliveries, and organising matter files and records.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.</li><li>Prior experience in legal administration, contract support, or similar roles is an advantage.</li><li>Comfortable using systems such as Oracle, DocuSign, and SharePoint (training provided if needed).</li><li>Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.</li></ul><p></p>
