Aurora Wellness is an outpatient psychiatric practice with in-person locations in White Plains, NY and Brooklyn, NY, providing comprehensive mental health care to adults across New York State. Our services include therapy, psychiatric medication management delivered both in person and via telehealth, as well as in-person Spravato (esketamine) treatment at our physical locations.

Aurora Wellness focuses on evidence-based, collaborative psychiatric care, with an emphasis on thoughtful medication management, careful monitoring, and continuity of care. Our clinical team works closely with patients and referring providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care in a supportive outpatient setting.

About the Role

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy (adult population)
• Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time)
• Fully remote or hybrid options available
• Insurance-based practice (we handle credentialing and billing)
• Collaborative care model alongside psychiatrists, NPs, and PAs

We Handle

• Credentialing with major insurers
• Scheduling and patient intake
• Billing and collections
• Administrative support

Qualifications

• Active NY license (LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW)
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, or related conditions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, ethical, and confidential care
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
