Work location: Alliance – 10840 Texas Health Trail, Alliance/Keller, TX 76244

Work hours: Full‑time, 40 hours weekly, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Travel: 25% to surrounding clinics as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)

Here’s What You Need
  • LVN – Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire (required)
  • Accredited School of Practical Nursing Program (required)
  • 6 months LVN experience (strongly preferred)
  • 1 year LVN experience (preferred)
  • Proficient IV insertion and ECG rhythm experience (strongly preferred)
  • ACLS or BCLS (required upon hire)
  • Knowledge of basic nursing processes, healthcare technology, equipment, and supplies
  • Knowledge of state nursing law, practice guidelines, and clinic policies
  • Effective communication with staff and patients
  • Sound judgment and composure
  • Ability to act appropriately in uncertain or emergency situations
  • Positive, caring attitude toward staff and patients
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism
  • Efficient time‑management skills
What You Will Do
  • Deliver care to patients using the LVN Process
  • Perform basic nursing care according to established standards and procedures
  • Collect patient data (vital signs, observations, responses) and report accurately
  • Prepare and administer injections, perform routine tests, treat wounds, and change bandages (10 %)
  • Prepare patient records and files using medical record forms and automated systems
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor and document treatment progress
  • Participastery & implementation of patient care based onजान्णады, standards of care, and federal/state regulations
  • Document treatment progress and patient responses
  • Explain health status, maintenance, and management to patients and families
  • Participate in teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
