Long-term Collaboration: AI Character Expert for Virtual Influencer Project

REALISM. I am looking for a talented AI Artist/Developer to manage the visual production for a high-end Virtual Influencer project. This is a long-term monthly collaboration.


Your Mission:
Create and maintain a unique and 100% consistent female character (LoRA training mandatory).

Generate 20-30 photorealistic images per week in various settings (lifestyle, urban, fitness).

Ensure perfect facial consistency across all environments and outfits.

Professional post-processing (hands, skin texture, lighting).


Technical Skills Required:
Expert in Stable Diffusion (Automatic1111 or ComfyUI).

Deep knowledge of LoRA Training, ControlNet, and Inpainting.

Ability to create "uncanny" levels of realism (Smartphone selfie style).

Trial Task:

Selected candidates will be asked to perform a small paid test to demonstrate character consistency across 3 different scenes.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
