As the Manager, Implementations you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of new client business and continuous improvement at our 3PL company. The Manager, Implementations will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that new clients are set up for success and that our distribution and fulfillment services meet their needs and requirements. What you’ll do on a typical day: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Defines the concept of operations in conjunction with contractual exhibits through the development of the project scope, KPIs, system requirements, process flows and SOPs.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Provide onsite support throughout the project and assists in coordinating resources during go-live</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, IT, engineering and customer service, to ensure that new clients are set up for success.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to track progress and identify any potential issues.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Leads and coaches the implementation team throughout the project to ensure a successful launch of complex and strategic new business.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Oversees the development of contractual documents and addendums</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Identifies and manages risk throughout the project, ensuring communication to all stakeholders including executives and clients </li> </ul> What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you’ll need: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">5 years of experience working in startup environments, operations and change management</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Experience working in 3PL, distribution or fulfillment centers</li> </ul> It’d be great if you also have: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">3 years of experience in 3PL</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Availability to travel up to 75% of the time </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Basic SQL experience</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Ability to engage and collect testing information from cross functional teams and translate that information into practical testing scenarios within a WMS or automation</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">WMS experience </li> </ul> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Availability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends </li> </ul> <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white">Ability to influence others, work as part of a team and act as a catalyst for change</li> </ul> We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
