Our McDonald’s is now hiring Crew Members to join our restaurant team. As a Crew Member, you’ll be a part of a community that thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, strong customer service skills
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you’ll be right with them.
- Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
- Work well with other team members and management. Take instruction and feedback from management, be a team player
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
