<div>Role Summary: </div><div>This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Network Engineer to join a team that is responsible for the customer design and logical provisioning services on a pan-European footprint, including but not limited to IP Access, BGP transit and MPLS VPNs on layer 2 and 3. You will work alongside seasoned professionals in a multivendor environment. The position offers full flexibility - onsite, hybrid or fully remote options and also has regular working hours (Mon - Fri), without night shifts or on call duties.</div><div>Internal Departments they will interact with: The team works closely with Service Delivery, Project Management, Engineering and Operations teams to ensure the efficient, cost-effective delivery of high-quality IP services to external and internal customers.Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, implementation, test and turn up of customer IP services in cooperation with the customer and field services teams. This includes IP Access, BGP transit and MPLS VPNs on layer 2 and 3</li><li>Technical validation of new customer IP orders</li><li>Technical point of contact for Service Delivery, Sales Engineering, Project Management and In-Country Field Engineering teams for issues related to IP service design, implementation, test and turn up</li><li>Migration of IP customer services, in cooperation with customer and field services teams</li><li>Prompt identification of issues which may impact delivery timescales or quality</li><li>Pro-active escalation, follow-through and liaison with appropriate departments to resolve technical issues which may impact delivery timescales or quality. Creation of contingency plans to minimize such issues</li></ul>Essential Criteria:<ul><li>At least two years experience of IP services on Cisco or Juniper equipment</li><li>Excellent IP.
