Temporary to Permanent Contract – Immediate Start

Location: Hagley Road

Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm

Starting Salary: £21,000 per annum (with clear room for growth)

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position combining operations, e-commerce, and administrative support. You will play a key role in ensuring our daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and optimising product listings across multiple online platforms
  • Repurposing product data (copy, images, features) into engaging, consumer-focused descriptions
  • Researching and collating accurate information to develop product content
  • Monitoring promotional opportunities across online marketplaces
  • Preparing invoices and supporting general administrative processes
  • Packing and dispatching e-commerce orders
  • Maintaining and organising our image archive, including basic image editing
  • Writing briefs and liaising with third-party agencies
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of operations

  • Is a confident written communicator with strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

  • Ability to transform product data into engaging online listings

  • Excellent research and information-gathering ability
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and administrative capability

Desirable Skills (Training Provided Where Required)

  • Experience using Excel with larger data sets
  • Basic HTML formatting knowledge
  • Previous administrative processing experience
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces
