Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm
Starting Salary: £21,000 per annum (with clear room for growth)

The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position combining operations, e-commerce, and administrative support. You will play a key role in ensuring our daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and optimising product listings across multiple online platforms
- Repurposing product data (copy, images, features) into engaging, consumer-focused descriptions
- Researching and collating accurate information to develop product content
- Monitoring promotional opportunities across online marketplaces
- Preparing invoices and supporting general administrative processes
- Packing and dispatching e-commerce orders
- Maintaining and organising our image archive, including basic image editing
- Writing briefs and liaising with third-party agencies
- Supporting the day-to-day running of operations

- Ability to transform product data into engaging online listings

- Good IT skills and administrative capability
Desirable Skills (Training Provided Where Required)
- Experience using Excel with larger data sets
- Basic HTML formatting knowledge
- Previous administrative processing experience
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces
