Part-Time Appointment Setter/Cold Caller

Job Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team part-time (4 hours daily). You’ll be responsible for reaching out to warm leads, making cold calls, and setting appointments while representing our brand with professionalism and confidence. This role requires someone who thrives on phone conversations and knows how to spark interest quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warm Lead Engagement:Call warm leads and maintain a friendly, professional tone to build rapport and convert interest into appointments.
- Cold Call Specialist:Make outbound calls (and texts!) to potential clients, introducing our services and sparking interest in booking a meeting.
- Appointment Setting:Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately captured.
- CRM Management:Log call outcomes and notes efficiently using CRM tools.
- Follow-Up:Conduct timely follow-ups with leads who have shown interest but haven’t booked yet.
