You will master various roles, expand your skills, and make a significant impact.Prepare Exceptional Food<ul><li>Craft menu items to meet Wonder's high standards while ensuring your station is clean, stocked, and organized</li><li>Adhere to all food safety guidelines and HACCP protocols, including maintaining proper temperatures and storage</li><li>Handle inventory, portion out accurate orders, and ensure every dispatch is correct</li></ul>Deliver Outstanding Customer Service<ul><li>Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist them with orders, pickups, payments, and using the Wonder app</li><li>Provide insights about our offerings, help with meal kit and delivery services, and ensure order accuracy</li><li>Engage in light local marketing efforts (such as handing out flyers and street interactions)</li></ul>Maintain Exceptional Cleanliness<ul><li>Uphold the highest sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas</li><li>Wash, clean, and restock equipment and utensils during your shift</li><li>Properly manage waste and recycling, and swiftly report any equipment issues</li></ul>Be a Vital Team Member<ul><li>Support your teammates, be flexible, and actively contribute to a positive, energetic environment</li><li>Accomplish additional tasks as assigned</li><li>Work collaboratively in a supportive environment where leadership invests in your growth</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 6 months experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer service role</li><li>Ability to work quickly with accuracy and a strong focus on detail</li><li>Excellent organization and communication skills</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift</li><li>Availability to work weekends is essential</li></ul>*These qualifications and criteria are also utilized for assessing applicants through our Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT).About Wonder:Wonder is revolutionizing mealtime, allowing you to choose a variety of dishes in one order.
