<p><strong>Payroll Administrator / Payroll Officer</strong><br> <strong>Sector:</strong> Manufacturing / Engineering<br><strong>Location:</strong> Poole<br><strong>Salary:</strong> 11,625 - Part time </p><p>Hours - Flexible hours - 15 hours per week </p><p>We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established <strong>manufacturing business</strong> supplying into sectors such as <strong>Aerospace, Defence, and Marine. </strong></p><p><br> This is a standalone payroll role with full end-to-end responsibility for payroll across multiple sites, reporting into the Financial Controller.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>End-to-end payroll processing for weekly and monthly paid staff</p></li><li><p>Collating timesheets, overtime, bonuses and holiday calculations</p></li><li><p>Processing starters, leavers, P45s and final pay</p></li><li><p>Submitting FPS/EPS, pension reports</p></li><li><p>Handling payroll queries and year-end processes (P60s, P11Ds)</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 2 years' payroll experience</p></li><li><p>Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Experience using Sage Payroll</p></li><li><p>Confident Excel user (intermediate level)</p></li><li>Proactive, professional and comfortable working autonomously</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information</strong><br> This role will require DBS and, where applicable, further security vetting.</p><p> </p><p>INDCP</p>
