Part-Time Recruitment & Admin Coordinator (Remote, Structured Work)

About the Role

This is not a “light” or ad-hoc role.

We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented Part-Time Recruitment & Admin Coordinator to support our hiring operations.
The work is structured, repetitive at times, and requires consistency, accuracy, and accountability.

This role is suitable for someone who:

  • Is comfortable working independently
  • Understands that small admin mistakes create big downstream issues
  • Is looking for steady part-time work, not “easy money”

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations

  • Screen and organise incoming resumes from job platforms
  • Shortlist candidates based on clear criteria
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews accurately
  • Send follow-ups and manage candidate communications professionally
  • Keep recruitment records and tracking sheets up to date and accurate

Admin & Coordination

  • Maintain Google Sheets and shared folders
  • Organise documents, templates, and candidate records
  • Handle data entry with high attention to detail
  • Flag issues or inconsistencies proactively (instead of guessing)

Time Commitment (Important)

  • Weekday availability is required (Monday–Friday)
  • Average 1–2 hours per weekday, depending on hiring volume
  • Timely responses during office hours are part of the role

This role is not suitable for those who can only work nights, weekends, or purely ad-hoc hours.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Google Sheets, messaging apps, and basic admin tools
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior recruitment / HR / admin experience is a plus, but execution matters more than titles

Compensation & Process

  • Monthly pay: $400, depending on experience and performance
  • This role may start with a short paid trial task before confirmation
  • Performance and reliability matter more than speed
