Part-Time Sales Chat Operator (Subscription Platform | Low Volume | Long-Term) - Contract to Hire

I run two small subscription-based content pages (around 90 total users) and I’m looking for one reliable chat operator to help manage messages and increase content sales. This is a calm, low-volume workload. I manage all strategy and content. You only handle messaging, engagement, and upselling using provided scripts.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Respond to inbound messages - Keep conversations engaging and natural - Promote paid content, bundles, and unlocks - Re-engage inactive subscribers - Follow scripts and tone guidelines - Tag potential high-value users - Send a short daily sales summary

REQUIREMENTS - Experience with chat-based sales or engagement - Excellent written English - Reliable and discreet - Able to follow instructions exactly - Available daily (short sessions ok)

PAY - €3–€5/hour base - 10–20% commission on sales generated - Paid weekly or biweekly

HOURS - 1–3 hours per day - Flexible schedule
