- Input, analyze, synthesize data and complete external research to identify patterns and / or new ideas that can help improve programs and processes.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with 2+ years experience analyzing people-related and program related data (using google sheets / excel or similar to create visual representations of data, filter information, manage pivot tables, complete v-look ups, etc.)
- A continuous improvement mentality. You recognize that “perfect” is not an end state, and continually drive for program improvement.
- Creative thinker that can generate innovative program ideas to improve the Affirmer experience, and who has a growth mindset (ie. you’re excited to try new things and believe challenges will help you grow).
