Upon completion of training, this position is fully work from home.</p><p></p><p><b>Availability</b>: This is a <b>part-time</b> position that includes evening and weekend shifts. Shift times will vary between the hours of 8:30am-9pm Monday through Friday, 8:30am-6pm Saturday, and 830am-5pm Sunday.</p><p></p><p><b>What will I do?</b></p><ul><li>Able to answer a high volume of incoming calls; assist customers by answering any questions</li><li>Communicate with internal customers (store pharmacies) regarding customer information/orders</li><li>Meet individual goals and team averages for number of calls per hour and talk time per call</li><li>Able to multi-task and complete work efficiently and effectively</li><li>Comply with all policies, state and federal laws including HIPAA - Must have a secure and private workspace to answer calls per HIPAA guidelines</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><span><span>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Systems aptitude, data entry and multitasking skills</span></span><span> </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><span><span>1 or more years of pharmacy technician experience</span></span></li><li><span><span>Call center experience</span></span><span> </span></li><li><span><span>Medical or insurance experience</span> </span></li><li><span><span>Proficiency</span><span> with </span><span>EnterpriseRx</span></span></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit">  </p>
