Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone to provide support and address inquiries
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and enhance customer relationships
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all interactions
- Accurately enter customer information and data into the system
- Assist in resolving customer issues while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve client services and enhance overall performance
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for analysis purposes
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages
- Strong background in sales or customer service is beneficial
- Familiarity with cash handling processes is a plus
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Proven analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly
