PMO Analyst, ChangeLondon (Hybrid)To £50,000 + bonus & benefitsA PMO Analyst with experience of governance and change is sort to join a prestigious financial services organisation based in central London. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their PMO or project career who is keen to build a solid grounding in governance, reporting and portfolio oversight within a regulated environment.Joining a collaborative and well-established change function, you will support the delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives, working closely with project managers and senior stakeholders to ensure work is tracked, governed and reported to a high standard.The role will involve:Supporting portfolio governance through coordination of project updates and preparation of materials for governance forumsMaintaining accurate project and portfolio data, including risks, issues, actions and dependenciesProducing clear, high-quality MI, dashboards and reporting packs for senior stakeholdersReviewing project documentation to ensure alignment with PMO standards and best practiceContributing to continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, processes and reportingSupporting project teams with guidance on tools, templates and delivery methodologiesThis role would suit someone who has:Some experience in a PMO or change environment (graduate role, internship or up to 1–2 years’ experience)Exposure to financial services environments (wealth management desirable, but broader FS experience is essential)Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detailConfidence using Excel and PowerPoint to produce clear, accurate reportingThe ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholdersThis role
