Production Supervisor, Service Manufacturing (Day Shift)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual on 1st shift to lead, support, and manage a team of technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate is a self-starter with strong leadership capabilities that can manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time. This leader will build a team that can work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and other departments. Your experience in fast-paced production lines as well as strong technical background will make you an ideal candidate for this role. You have a passion for employee development and enjoy the process of training and developing the next generation of techs. You are very hands-on, energetic, and have a capacity to think critically on many different complicated processes.
