Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute online marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. Create and manage engaging and interactive content for our social media and marketplace platforms. Manage and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and marketplace platforms. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and influencers in the social commerce and marketplace space. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on performance metrics to track the success of our social commerce and marketplace efforts. Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for new product launches and promotions on social media and online marketplaces. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company values and guidelines. Actively seek out and implement opportunities for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends. Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas and solutions to drive business growth. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on the latest social commerce and marketplace developments.
