In this role, you will be the driving force behind turning our organization into a project-driven powerhouse. This is a tactical and influential position where you will design and deliver training to build project capabilities across all levels of the business, enabling each unit to run its own initiatives successfully. You won’t just manage a portfolio; you will shape the mindset, the framework (from Lean to Scrum), and the culture of how work gets done here. <h3 data-path-to-node="11">The Mission: Driving the Project Management Academy</h3> As our Portfolio Specialist and Academy Lead, you will spearhead an exclusive program: <ul data-path-to-node="13"> <li> The Project School: You will build and run the curriculum to train diverse roles across the company on fundamental project concepts: What is a project? How do we manage it?
