We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, updating our CRM, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective & existing clients
  • Engage in conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and update records accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback using internal CRM
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales process.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences.
  • Organisational skills with attention to detail in managing customer information and follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £25,500.00 per year
