Provider Relations Representative

<p>We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Provider Relations Representative to join the team at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. The Provider Relations Representative is responsible for managing relationships with providers and ensuring the highest level of quality and service is provided. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, as well as a commitment to providing superior customer service. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with providers to ensure excellent customer service and quality of care. Monitor and evaluate provider performance to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards. Respond to provider inquiries and address any customer service issues. Develop and implement strategies for improving provider relationships. Monitor provider activity and trends to identify areas for improvement. Communicate regularly with providers to ensure that they understand the organization’s policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that accurate and timely information is provided to providers. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain reports to track provider performance and customer satisfaction.
