Title: Purchase Ledger ClerkLocation: Central London£26k-£28kThe role: Our client is a leading property and facilities management company based in Central London. They are currently seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Central Finance team due to growth. Duties:Preparation and production of weekly supplier payments for all property management systemsPreparation and production of requested CHAPS/BACS payments from the businessEnsuring supplier invoices are paid within 28 days of receiptResolving payment queriesReview, investigate and action daily bank rec outstanding items, including raising the paperwork and booking of any supplier refundsDaily facilitating of invoice files into property management systemsProcessing and resolving of any queries/corrections receivedLiaising with Property Managers, Facilities Managers, Surveyors and Client Accountants as appropriateRequirements:Previous experience of working in a similar role within propertyExperience working with high volume of invoicesExperience using a property management system such as Yardi, Qube, Tramps etc.Good communication skills both written and verbalWhy should you work for this company?A company who pride themselves on offering professional development with lots of opportunities for internal promotion A great collaborative team environment Interview process:Two stage process1st stage on Teams/Zoom2nd stage held face to face in the officeIf you would like further information on this opportunity please apply online with your updated CV
