Python Expert – Data Cleaning & Automated Generation of Designed PDFs

The National Association of Counties (NACo) seeks a Python expert to clean and standardize county-level energy data and develop automated two-page PDF Energy Profiles for every U.S. county for our County Explorer site. We already have the system and example code (see NACo County Explorer) that can be drawn from to create these.

Scope:

Clean and merge large datasets

Create standardized visualizations

Build an automated workflow to generate ~3,000+ professional, designed PDF reports

Requirements:

Strong Python, data visualization, and automated design experience. Must be able to deliver on a fast timeline (~2 weeks).
