Products produced include pressure switches, indicators, crash-resistant breakaway valves, manifolds/actuators, subassemblies and build-to print-products.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>We’re seeking a detail‑oriented <strong>Quality Inspector</strong> to inspect aerospace parts and assemblies in a clean, quiet, climate‑controlled environment. Work under the Quality Team Leader to perform dimensional inspections, verify certifications, document results, and report nonconformances.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation is based on experience.</strong> This position is open to a range of skill levels, from developing inspectors to experienced aerospace quality professionals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is a Federal Contractor Job Listing.</strong></p><p><strong>This position does not allow remote work.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><u>NORMAL DUTIES</u></p><p>·        Inspect parts and assemblies using standard measurement tools</p><p>·        Read engineering drawings and GD&T</p><p>·        Verify certifications and documentation</p><p>·        Record inspection results and maintain NCMR logs</p><p>·        Follow AS9100D/ISO9001 procedures</p><p>·        Support daily quality tasks based on skill level</p><p>·        Growth opportunities: in‑process/final inspection, FAIRs, audits, calibration, RCCA, PPAP, PFMEA, supplier interaction</p><p><br></p><p><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS </u></p><p>Inspectors are regularly required to:</p><p>·        Remain at a workstation for extended periods</p><p>·        Hold and manipulate parts and gages for inspection</p><p>·        Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.</p><p>·        Move items on/off carts, workbenches, and shelves</p><p>·        Pass an annual vision test (corrective lenses permitted)</p><p><br></p><p><u>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</u></p><p>·        High School Diploma, Additional Technical Education preferred</p><p>·        2+ years inspection, manufacturing, assembly, or quality experience (or relevant training)</p><p>·        Ability to read technical drawings</p><p>·        Familiar with micrometers, calipers, thread gages, indicators, height gages</p><p>·        Basic math and computer skills (ERP, email, Excel)</p><p>·        Aerospace experience a plus</p><p><br></p><p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
