QuoteWerks Consultant (Ongoing – 2 or 3 times per Year)

Title: QuoteWerks Configuration & Pricing Update Consultant (Ongoing, Part-Time)

Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract

Frequency: Approximately 2-3 times per year (as needed for pricing updates and configuration changes)

Overview

We use QuoteWerks as our primary quoting tool and are looking for an experienced QuoteWerks consultant to support periodic vendor pricing updates and product configuration maintenance. This role is not day-to-day support, but a trusted resource we can bring in a few times per year.

Scope of Work

•Import vendor pricing updates into QuoteWerks (CSV/Excel-based)

• Validate pricing accuracy and resolve import issues

• Maintain and update product configurations, including:

o Related / recommended / required parts

o Prompts that suggest additional components during quote creation

• Support part availability setup (via vendor integrations or internal data)

• Ensure configurations are scalable and well-documented

• Provide light training or walkthroughs if processes change

Required Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with QuoteWerks

• Strong understanding of:

o Product Configurator

o Pricing imports

o Vendor / distributor integrations

• Comfortable working with Excel/CSV data

• Able to document processes clearly for internal use

Success Looks Like

• Pricing updates are accurate and timely

• Quotes prompt sales reps to include the right additional parts

• Minimal internal confusion when updates occur

• Repeatable process we can rely on year over year
