Book reader for Amazon Audiobook, 60,000 words, a novel in the Lake Merritt neighborhood of Oakland CA, various characters, local Catholic pastor, retired Asian women, rowing team members, LGBTQ subplot, a ghost. A work of fiction but with some familiar places and organizations in the Lake Merritt neighborhood. I can provide a short section from the book to use for auditioning.
