Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients in person and on the phone; respond to enquiries (services, prices, availability).
  • Manage appointment bookings (by phone, online, walk-ins); reschedule or cancel as needed.
  • Maintain schedule/calendar for therapists & technicians; ensure proper buffer times between appointments.
  • Check-in/check-out clients; process payments; issue receipts; handle billing where applicable.
  • Keep client records updated; capture basic data for client history.
  • Maintain front desk area: neat, clean, stocked (forms, brochures, waiting area, etc.).
  • Manage minor administrative tasks: filing, inventory for front-desk supplies, reordering brochures, etc.
  • Handle complaints or escalate to management if needed.


Requirements:

  • Any Higher education, further training in customer service, hospitality, or office administration is a plus.
  • 1-3 years' experience
  • Minimum of OND/HND or B.Sc
  • Pleasant personality; excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic computer skills: appointment software / online booking systems, etc
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, flexible with work hours.
