margin: 0;">Acts as a role model for excellence in customer service.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Assists in overseeing daily activities, center participants, maintaining order and preventing accidents/incidents and responding to emergency situations.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Assists in coordinating, planning, preparing and distributing necessary equipment and materials for programs or special events (e.g., parties, tournaments, field trips, etc.).</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Assists in recruiting, directing, coordinating and evaluating program facility volunteers.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Assists with the assembly and operation of basic audio-visual equipment (e.g., TV monitors, small/portable public address systems, podiums, CD/DVR recorders, etc.).</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Acts as an active participant in maintaining facility appearance and cleanliness.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Acts as a liaison with community organizations and Advisory Council regarding approved programs and events.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Assists in working with community schools, interest groups, and sponsors to develop programs.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">May direct the work of and provide technical assistance to volunteers and/or seasonal personnel as assigned.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Performs record keeping for city, federal, and/or state-funded programs; maintains records and prepares accurate reports.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Assists with meal serving.</li><li style="padding: 0;
