Each region encompasses approximately 6–10 operating entities, collectively representing substantial annual revenue and EBITDA performance within AIR’s growing enterprise. <br><br>The RFD oversees all aspects of financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and transformation across the region’s portfolio of companies. Acting as a strategic partner to both regional and corporate leadership, the RFD ensures financial accuracy and transparency while driving operational excellence, scalability, and growth. <br><br>The RFD plays a pivotal role in shaping how the region operates—creating synergies across entities, professionalizing financial operations, and supporting business leaders in making data-driven,
