<p><h3>Reign Activation Team - Brand Ambassador </h3> <p>The Reign Activation Team is a national Consumer Engagement Marketing program for Monster Energy Company. The purpose of the program is to: </p> <ul> <li>Generate Trial of Monster Energy Drink products by consumers </li> <li>Communicate the Monster brand message to consumers/partners/peers/customers </li> <li>Assist with Lead Generation for Sales Division </li> <li>Develop and Strengthen Key Account Relationships </li> <li>Build Centers of Influence Network </li> <li>Support Marketing department with event set up, activation and tear down </li> <li>Support Sales efforts through event/customer sampling activation </li> <li>Support Sales efforts in trade though “Street Team” merchandising at retail accounts </li> </ul> <h3>Essential Job Functions </h3> <ul> <li>Ambassadors will have several Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following: </li> <li>Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling </li> <li>Distribute POS as required to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty </li> <li>Responsibly care for program materials and assets of Monster Energy Company </li> <li>Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule </li> <li>Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniform </li> <li>Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers </li> <li>Respond in a timely manner to CEM Team Leader </li> <li>Inventory, cleaning and organization of warehouses/storage areas </li> <li>Assist with Marketing event planning, set up, activation and tear down </li> <li>Assist with Sales in trade merchandising at retail accounts </li> </ul> <h3>Position Requirements </h3> <ul> <li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time </li> <li>May be required to travel when necessary </li> <li>Must be available to work at least one shift per week (no exceptions) </li> <li>Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required </li> <li>Must have a clean driving record (driver's abstract required) </li> <li>Must hold valid driver’s license of the Province you are employed </li> <li>Must Pass Criminal Background Check </li> <li>Must be comfortable driving a lifted pickup truck in urban/downtown, suburban and highway settings </li> <li>Must be 21 years of age or older </li> <li>This position is Part Time up to 30 hours a week </li> </ul> <p>Base Pay Rate: C$20.00/hr </p> <p><b>Please Note: </b> This is a part time position. </p> <h3>Seniority level </h3> <ul> <li>Entry level </li> </ul> <h3>Employment type </h3> <ul> <li>Part-time </li> </ul> <h3>Job function </h3> <ul> <li>Sales and Business Development </li> </ul> <h3>Industries </h3> <ul> <li>Food and Beverage Services </li> </ul> <p>Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Monster Energy by 2x </p> <p>Get notified about new Brand Representative jobs in <strong>Toronto, Ontario, Canada </strong>. </p> <p>We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
