Remote Factory Automation Engineer
What Will You Do?
- Monitor automation systems and equipment remotely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with automation hardware and software.
- Provide remote support to on-site technicians and engineers
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure regular inspection and maintenance of automation systems.
- Maintain detailed records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incidents.
- Generate regular reports on system status and any issues encountered.
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Optimize the performance of automation systems by fine-tuning settings and parameters.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to implement performance-enhancing modifications.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings through improved automation and process efficiencies.
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining or improving system performance.
- Oversee the installation and integration of new automation systems and equipment.
- Write and maintain software programs for automation controllers
- Update and modify existing automation software for new requirements and improvements
- Conduct thorough testing of new and existing automation systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Validate system performance against predefined criteria and industry standards.
