Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries related to family planning programs
- Provide clear, introductory explanations of available services and options
- Guide customers through early program review and enrollment steps
- Accurately document interactions and update customer records
- Follow established guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure continuity and quality
