Remote Hybrid Assessor & Clinical Reviewer (W2 - Part-Time)

<p>Evergreen Mentorship is introducing a specialized hybrid role designed for a highly organized and experienced behavioral health clinician. This position bridges the gap between initial client entry and ongoing clinical excellence. As a W2 employee, you will play a dual role: providing direct clinical services while serving as a key pillar in our quality assurance process by reviewing and overseeing documentation for our clinical team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Clinical Assessments (up to 10 Hours/Week):</strong> Lead the intake process for new clients, conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and establishing DSM-5 diagnoses.</li><li><strong>Direct Counseling (up to 10 Hours/Week):</strong> Maintain a dedicated caseload, providing evidence-based therapy and goal-oriented support to our clients.</li><li><strong>Clinical Supervision & Review (10 Hours/week):</strong> Act as a supervisor-level reviewer for documentation submitted by other Assessors and Counselors.</li><li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Audit EHR entries, treatment plans, and diagnostic reports to ensure they meet Evergreen’s high standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li><strong>Organizational Support:</strong> Ensure that all documentation is accurate, timely, and reflects the mission of empowering our clients toward independence.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Licensure:</strong> <strong>Must hold a completely independent license in the State of Ohio</strong> (LISW-S, LPCC-S, or equivalent).</li><li><strong>Experience with Medicaid </strong>documentation standards (1 year+)</li><li><strong>Experience within CARF-accredited environment (1 year+)</strong></li><li><strong>Clinical Authority:</strong> Proven ability to evaluate complex cases and provide mentorship/feedback on clinical documentation.</li><li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Exceptional organizational skills with a "supervisor mindset" for auditing and checking information.</li><li><strong>Mission Alignment:</strong> A heart for service and a commitment to helping clients re-engage successfully with society.</li><li><strong>Deadline Orientation: Ability to self-manage priorities to meet deadlines</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Rate:</strong> <strong>$35.00 per hour</strong>.</li><li><strong>Status:</strong> <strong>W2 Employee (Part-Time)</strong>.</li><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> 20 hours per week. <strong>Structured as 10 hours of counseling/assessments and 10 hours of Supervision / Documentation Review and Sign-Off</strong></li><li><strong>Stability:</strong> The benefits and security of a W2 position within a mission-driven organization.</li></ul><p></p>
