[Remote] Junior Business Analyst – Digital Ordering Channels (Kiosk, Mobile & Web)

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies, and they are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their Global Kiosk Program team. The role involves analyzing performance data, supporting A/B tests, and building dashboards to inform product and design strategies across their digital ordering channels.
Responsibilities
- Analyze kiosk, app, and web performance to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Build dashboards (Power BI / SQL/CRM tools) to track KPIs such as average check, conversion rate, and engagement
- Support A/B testing by helping define hypotheses, monitor results, and evaluate test impact using RBI’s standardized analytics methodology
- Monitor UX and content effectiveness across markets and share insights with franchisees and regional teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product, Technology and vendors to guide continuous improvements
- Communicate findings through concise, visually engaging reports and presentations
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, digital performance, or eCommerce analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you're comfortable turning data into insights
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, multicultural environment
- Previous experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail technology sector
- Experience using Snowflake and Amplitude
- Basic understanding of digital funnels, A/B testing, and UX measurement
