[Remote] Registered Funds Attorney - Cutting Edge ETF Provider (Mostly Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JW Michaels & Co. is a global asset management innovator offering a diversified suite of exchange-traded products. They are seeking a Registered Funds Counsel to assist in the organization, registration, and listing of ETFs, as well as support general fund matters and maintain ETF Board governance.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the organization, registration and listing of ETFs under the Investment Company Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
  • Prepare and/or review fund registration statements, periodic reports, other regulatory reports and support general fund matters, including coordination with external counsel and service providers
  • Assist in maintaining ETF Board governance, including preparing and reviewing agendas, resolutions, minutes and materials prepared internally and by third parties for inclusion in the Board materials, including 15(c) materials

Skills

  • 4+ years of registered funds experience
  • Must live within commutable distance to midtown NYC
