[Remote] Remote Client Coordinator (Healthcare Data Entry)

The role involves entering information from clients into their systems, primarily independent Medical Reviews, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Taking in information from MCMC's clients and entering it into their systems
  • Logging information and processing it through to the next stage
  • Pulling data from forms and entering it into Microsoft Word or Excel

Skills

  • Prior healthcare data entry experience REQUIRED
  • Access to their own laptop or desktop that supports windows 11
  • Pass an excel and word evaluation
  • Understand HIPAA Regulations
  • Reliable, accurate, and thorough
  • Microsoft Word- turn things into a PDF, Insert tables onto documents
  • Microsoft Excel- Pivot Tables, insert columns
  • Awareness of HIPAA
