[Remote] Remote Client Coordinator (Healthcare Data Entry)

The role involves entering information from clients into their systems, primarily independent Medical Reviews, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Taking in information from MCMC's clients and entering it into their systems
- Logging information and processing it through to the next stage
- Pulling data from forms and entering it into Microsoft Word or Excel
Skills
- Prior healthcare data entry experience REQUIRED
- Access to their own laptop or desktop that supports windows 11
- Pass an excel and word evaluation
- Understand HIPAA Regulations
- Reliable, accurate, and thorough
- Microsoft Word- turn things into a PDF, Insert tables onto documents
- Microsoft Excel- Pivot Tables, insert columns
- Awareness of HIPAA
