Remote Reservations & Customer Service Executive (Work-from-Home)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle travel and cruise inquiries via email and convert them into confirmed bookings
  • Manage cruise schedules, availability, and guest records
  • Arrange and book flights, hotels, and tours
  • Assist guests with pre-trip preparations and handle itinerary changes or complaints
  • Respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Support marketing activities, social media, and basic website updates

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English
  • Strong email and customer communication skills
  • Sales-oriented, detail-focused, and reliable
  • Familiar with Excel
  • Able to work independently and meet KPIs
  • Chinese speaking is preferred (no reading or writing required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
