Remote Reservations & Customer Service Executive (Work-from-Home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle travel and cruise inquiries via email and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Manage cruise schedules, availability, and guest records
- Arrange and book flights, hotels, and tours
- Assist guests with pre-trip preparations and handle itinerary changes or complaints
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Support marketing activities, social media, and basic website updates
Requirements:
- Excellent written English
- Strong email and customer communication skills
- Sales-oriented, detail-focused, and reliable
- Familiar with Excel
- Able to work independently and meet KPIs
- Chinese speaking is preferred (no reading or writing required)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
