[Remote] SAP IBP Manager (Remote - USA)

The SAP IBP Manager will lead high-quality project work, build SAP IBP capabilities in North America, and drive strategic direction for consulting services, ensuring quality and fostering client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Be part of challenging projects in process and IT consulting with a focus on the automotive industry
  • Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the fields of Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Planning and SAP IBP
  • Define a detailed blueprint for development requirements
  • Deploy process, quality, and cost-optimized logistics concepts
  • Create long term relationships with clients
  • Identify and lead business development opportunities
  • Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor
  • Take over responsibility as (sub) project team leader

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent education
  • 10+ years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive industry
  • 6+ years of SAP IBP experience (process & customizing)
  • Solid expertise in at least one other module (i.e., MM, PP, DS, QM, APO) is a strong plus
  • 3 SAP full lifecycle implementations
  • Profound SAP project and Go-Live experience (SAP implementation approach)
  • Fluency in English
  • Professional appearance with strong customer focus
  • Analytical and structured working attitude
  • Strong teamwork capability
  • Percentage of required travel: up to 100%

  • SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
  • SAP certifications are preferred
