[Remote] Senior Full Stack Engineer, Meeting Intelligence

They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and support core features for their AI Notetaker and meeting recaps, contributing to the platform's scaling initiatives and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within your team to build new features that expand Notetaker functionality and add support for additional user types
  • Contribute to platform scaling initiatives
  • Meet regularly with Product and Design to fine tune requirements
  • Attend agile ceremonies to help your team plan out their work and get it done
  • Work across squads to improve Engineering practices at Calendly
  • Review implementation plans and pull requests from your peers
  • Mentor and coach other team members

Skills

  • 8+ years of Software Development experience at a SaaS or technology company
  • Professional experience with TypeScript
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies, changing requirements, and evolving organizational needs
  • Hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), microservices, and involvement in significant product-scaling initiatives
  • Proven ability to own features end-to-end, including technical discovery, implementation, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance
  • Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) as productivity tools, with a clear understanding of generated code and the ability to defend implementation choices
  • Availability for participation in on-call rotation, ensuring prompt and effective responses to business-critical alerts outside of regular working hours
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
  • Professional experience with Node is preferred
  • Experience with React or a comparable UI framework is also desirable
